Meghan Markle’s go-to smoothie bowl includes bananas, berries, almond milk, coconut flakes, Manuka honey, and bee pollen.. what will you have in yours?

Ingredients
1 small ripe banana, sliced
-
1 tbsp of Manuka honey
200 ml milk (coconut or almond, add more as desired)
chopped strawberries
sprinkling of bee pollen
Directions
Blend all smoothie ingredients until… smooth!
Transfer to your favourite bowl (or bowls if sharing…)
Top with a handful of strawberries and a sprinkling of bee pollen.
Enjoy with an extra spoonful of Manuka honey!
