This honey is amazing. The taste and the light, crisp honeycomb is absolutely heavenly. I've had it on toast and drizzled in to natural yogurt. The downside...it's all gone 😥

Are you on the overnight Weetabix bandwagon yet? It's a great new twist on overnight oats and makes a delicious, filling, tasty breakfast.
It's really simple to make the night before and leave in the fridge overnight, ready for when you need it in the morning.

Ingredients
- 2 crumbled protein Weetabix
- 90g Greek yoghurt
- 50g mashed banana
- 50ml milk
- 15g vanilla whey protein powder
- 40g blueberries
- Hilltop Organic Acacia Honey
Directions
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl (apart from the blueberries and 30g of the Greek yoghurt) and leave to soak in the fridge.
- Give the mix at least an hour to be in the fridge.
- Mix 30g of the Greek yoghurt and 20g of the blueberries (microwaved), then place on top of the bottom layer.
Top with the remaining blueberries and a drizzle of organic acacia honey!
