A quick and easy recipe for a delicious snack for when you have a party or a few guests round.
1 baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices
170 g Brie
Caramelised Red Onion Chutney
Hilltop Honey Cut Comb in Acacia Honey
Preheat the oven to 190°C
Place the baguette slices on a large baking sheet
Slice brie into thin slices and place on top of each slice of bread
Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until brie is melted
While the bread is in the oven, cut the honey comb into small chunks
Remove the crostini from the oven, top with caramelised red onion chutney
Place Hilltop Honey Cut Comb in Acacia Honey on top and garnish with sprig of thyme. Serve immediately
