Brie On Sourdough With Agave & Rosemary
A simple but tasty breakfast - perfect for those spring mornings!

Sour dough loaf
Hilltop Organic Agave Nectar
Slice sourdough bread and toast using a griddle pan
Once toasted on each side, add the cheese and cover with a metal bowl (be careful when touch as will be hot!)
Steam the cheese until melted and then remove and add flowers and lots of honey.
To finish, crack some salt flakes over and enjoy.
