Cashew Butter Protein Millionaires
A vegan no bake treat with a shortbread-style base, creamy cashew butter centre and dark chocolate topping.

- 30g coconut oil
45g Hilltop Carob Syrup
- 35g cashew butter
- 10ml nut milk
- 30g ground almonds
- 40g vanilla vegan protein powder
- 100g cashew butter
20g Hilltop Carob Syrup
- 80ml nut milk
- 20g vanilla vegan protein powder
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 10g coconut oil
Gently heat the coconut oil, carob syrup and cashew butter in a saucepan.
Then mix with the other ingredients and press into a lined loaf tin.
- Mix together and spread over the base layer.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil gently over low heat, then spread over the middle layer.
Place in the fridge for two hours to set, then slice into 10 bars.
