Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chestnut flour
- Natural pea protein powder
- Tiny bit baking powder
- Pinch sea salt

Squeeze Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- Big blob greek yogurt
- Dollop chestnut purée
- And splash water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Beat until smooth
- Cook and flip when little bubbles appear
- Serve onto your plate and enjoy!
