This chicken soba noodle salad is the perfect dish to make - featuring some tasty ingredients & our Organic Blossom Honey!

Ingredients
- 120g Soba Noodles
- Leftover Roast Chicken, shredded
- Red Cabbage, finely shredded
- Red Pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
- Carrot, thinly sliced
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Edamame Beans
- Sesame Seeds, to serve
- Peanuts, chopped, to serve
- Crispy Onions, to serve
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Hilltop Organic Blossom Honey (can sub maple syrup)
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- Red Chilli, finely chopped
- Lime, juiced
- Small Piece of Ginger, minced
- Coriander Leaves, chopped
Dressing:
Directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust accordingly.
- Mix thoroughly through salad ingredients.
- Serve!
