Chickpea cookie dough recipe
Curious whether this recipe would really does taste good?... we can confirm that it is SO delicious!

- 1/2 can chickpeas drained
1 tbsp Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 tablespoon nut butter
- 3tbsp raisins & cranberries (optional)
- Simply add all ingredients except the raisins, and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the raisins and transfer to a jar.
Store in the fridge, and it will keep good for about 4-5 days.
