Try this recipe for the best chocolate orange brownies you have ever made.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup dates
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp brown rice protein
- 2 tbsp Hilltop Honey
- Zest from 1/2 small orange
Directions
Add the cashews into a food processor and pulse for a few seconds.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend again until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and firmly press down to create a smooth surface.
Pop these into the freezer for a couple of hours to set, then slice into portions and enjoy!
