Cinnamon & Berry French Toast

2 slices of Morrisons toastie thick sliced bread
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of Hilltop Syrups Zero Calories golden syrup (plus extra for topping) (can be found in B&M)
- Berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)
- Whisk one egg in a bowl with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp hilltop zero calorie golden syrup.
- Dip your bread into the mixture completely coating both sides then add these to a preheated pan with some 1kcal oil spray and fry off until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve with blueberries and raspberries and top with some of the zero cal golden syrup
