Ingredients
- Parsnips
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
Directions
- Simply cut up your parsnips into think chunky batons.
- Coat with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with a generous amount of honey and give them a good toss.
- Airfry at 180 for 20mins, giving them a few shakes about whilst cooking.
- Enjoy with the rest of your roast or as a crunchy sweet snack!
