Ingredients
- 400g fresh strawberries
- 400ml double cream
- Hilltop Cut Comb in Acacia honey
- 1 tbsp small fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp bee pollen
Directions
- Chop the cut comb honey into small chunks and slice the strawberries. Set aside.
- Whip the double cream to soft peaks and stir in the prepared cut comb honey.
- Top with the strawberries, an extra drizzle of Acacia honey, bee pollen and mint leaves.
