Check out this super easy dairy-free pancake recipe, topped with mixed berries, a layer of dairy-free Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups of plain flour
- 1 1/4 cups of oat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder

Directions
- Get a mixing bowl and whisk egg and milk together.
- Then gradually add sifted flour and baking powder.
- Whisk/stir until smooth or to however you like the texture to be.
- Add small batches into the frying pan and leave sit until pancake is ready to be flipped over.
- Enjoy with some delicious mixed berries, Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of Hilltop Honey.
