Fry patties with a little oil until cooked through for around 10 minutes (5 mins on each side).
Crack your egg into the pan, use an egg mould so that it keeps its shape to fit into the muffin. Fry until the yolk is just set.
Toast your muffins and spread with a little chilli jam.
Add cheese slice to sausage patties for the last 1 minute and cover with lid to allow it to melt.
Build your muffins with the egg and sausage patties.
