Eggy bread, pain perdu or French toast – this classic breakfast dish has plenty of names and just as many options for toppings. Feature some deliciously fresh berries on top and our honey for that extra sweet taste!

Ingredients
- Brioche loaf (1-2 thick slices)
- 2 eggs
- Milk (approx. 2 cups or 1+1/2)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Butter (to grease the pan)
- Powdered sugar
- Hilltop Blossom Honey
- Blueberries
- Redcurrants
- Pistachio
Toppings:
Directions
In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Dip the brioche in the mixture and let it soak for 2-3 minutes.
Grease a pan with butter and fry the brioche on each side until golden (repeat with all the remaining brioche).
- Add your toppings and enjoy.
