Plain or vanilla yoghurt
1tsp Hilltop Energy Raspberry Powder
Start by mashing your berries, and mixing in the honey.
Line a tray with cling film and spoon on small berry clusters, and freeze for 1 hour.
Prepare the yoghurt coating by combining your yoghurt and berry powder.
Take the berry clusters out of the freezer and coat each of them in the yoghurt mixture.
Return to the freezer for another hour and then they’re ready!
