Ingredients
- Organic Beetroot
- Goats Cheese
- Hilltop Bulgarian Coriander Honey
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Spring onions
- One free range egg
- Red Onion
- Garlic
- Red Crushed Chillies
- 15ml cold water
- Herbs de Provence
- 100g Cold Butter
- 50g Cold Lard
- 200g Organic Plain Flour
- Sea Salt
- Herbs de Provence
- Mozzarella cheese
- Red Crushed chillies
- Garlic Granules
Glaze ingredients:
Directions
- Mix the cold water with the dry ingredients.
- Roll out the pastry on a floured surface.
- Add as much filling as you’d like, then fold the edges over the filling, egg wash.
- Add a drizzle of coriander honey to the beetroot.
Bake at 200c for 20 minutes.
