Honey, Apricot & Banana Smoothie Bowl
A fruity, berry-licious smoothie bowl is perfect for breakfast.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen apricots
- 1 cup yellow courgette (optional)
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Honey kefir yogurt
- Natural kefir milk
- Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- Soya protein powder
- Pinch sea salt
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and a creamy substance.
- Top the smoothie bowl with sprinkled chia seeds, mixed seeds bee pollen, fresh sliced apricots, fresh lemon, edible flowers, fresh basil, thyme and extra drizzle blossom honey.
