Ingredients
- 2 large brown bananas
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Hilltop Blossom Honey
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Muesli, Honey & Banana (optional) or whatever suits you.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius / 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Over a saucepan melt your butter and take off the heat to add honey. Once mixture has cooled down, whisk in the mashed banana, eggs, milk & vanilla.
- In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda & salt.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined, do not over mix the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a loaf tin & rest for 30mins.
- While the batter is resting prepare toppings which will be place on top of the batter before it is place into the oven for 50-55 minutes.
- Once the loaf is golden brown & cooked through take it out of the oven & allow it to rest for 45mins before slicing & serving.
