- Jerk Spice
- Dried Mixed Herbs

- Garlic Granules
- Fresh basil
- Bell peppers
- Red Onion
- Spring onions
- Fresh Garlic
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Lemons
- Maris Piper Potatoes
- Gem Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Sour Cream
- Caesar Dressing
- Skewers soaked in water to prevent burning
Directions
- Season chicken with dry spices add extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt honey and lemon arrange the red onions, peppers.
- Add chicken on to skewers
- Oven bake while the skin on chips fry. The chips have a coating of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, dried chillies and dried mixed herbs.
- Air fry them for 20 minutes at 200c
