Honey Joy Easter Nests

Honey joys - It’s Easter Eve so aren’t these the perfect treat to bake for tomorrow’s celebrations!! Your Aussie classic, honey joys with a twist

Ingredients
- 90 grams unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1-2 TBSP Hilltop Organic Blossom Honey
- 4 cups corn flakes
- 12 speckled/mini eggs
Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan then add your sugar & honey - mix until combined
- Add your corn flakes into a separate bowl then pour in the wet mixture, mixing until corn flakes are evenly coated
- Line a patty cake tin with 12 wrappers and evenly distribute mixture
- Bake your honey joys in the oven for 10mins at 150 degrees celcius
- Cool for 5-10mins then top each honey joy with a speckled/mini egg - refrigerate till set & enjoy.
