Honey & Maple Cornflake Cakes

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200g sugar
- 1 tbsp Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- 1 tbsp Hilltop Ample Maple Syrup
- 4 cups of cornflakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas 2.
- Heat the butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan until frothy, then remove from the heat.
- Add cornflakes and mix well.
- Then add in the maple syrup and continue to mix well.
- Spoon into cupcake cases and bake for 10 mins. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before handing them out.
