Sweet, spiced hot cross buns stacked with crispy bacon, golden eggs, and a generous drizzle of maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 large hot cross bun
- 2 rashers of bacon
1 egg
- Hilltop Maple Flavoured Syrup
Directions
- Lightly butter the hot cross buns and place them in a pan on medium heat until toasted. Remove from the pan and add the bacon.
- Once crispy, pile the bacon onto the base of the hot cross bun, then add your egg to the pan and cook to your liking.
- Transfer egg on top of bacon, and finish with a final drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
