Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- Flatbreads
- 1 ball fresh burrata
- 4 slices prosciutto
- Rocket leaves
Directions
Slice the fresh peaches and drizzle over some Hilltop Hot Honey.
Cook on a hot griddle pan until caramelised.
Lay out flatbreads and top with burrata, sliced prosciutto and grilled peaches. Place under a grill until the cheese melts.
Top with a couple of handfuls of rocket leaves and drizzle with more Hot Honey.
