The combination of sweet honey, crispy pizza dough, salty cheese, and spicy meat was a revelation. The flavours balanced each other out, the sweet, classic honey flavour smoothing over the slowly building heat with every bite.

Ingredients
- 250g Gluten free flour
- Hilltop Hot Honey
- 150ml Warm water
- Honey roast ham
- Spring onions
- 7g Yeast
- Bell peppers
Directions
- Take warm 150ml water and 7g easy bake yeast add the sugar and wait for a reaction then add the wet mixture to your dry ingredients: gluten free flour salt spring onions mozzarella cheese and garlic.
- Combine and rest for 5 minutes dust the surface and gently press into pizza shape.
- Using an air fryer paper liner add the toppings: honey roast ham, bell peppers, chilli flakes, spring onions and basil. topped with mozzarella cheese.
- Pop you pizza in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 180c.
- Finished with hot honey.
