Diwali is a time full of sweet temptations. Here is a recipe to balance the guilty pleasures. Shrikhand is a traditional sweet from the Indian subcontinent made with hung curd sweetened and flavoured with spices. This version is a healthy cheat using Greek yoghurt, honey as the sweetener and spices. Enjoy without compromising taste.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Hilltop Organic Blossom Honey
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Saffron
- 2 tbsp milk
- Pomegranate
Directions
- Mix the yoghurt with honey.
- Stir through the chopped nuts.
- Add the spices.
- Soak saffron stems in warm milk, pour half in the mix and let the shrikhand chill for a minimum of an hour in the fridge.
- When serving, add the remaining saffron milk on top and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
