200ml water
200ml almond milk
tsp chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Peanut butter

Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
Strawberries
Blueberries compote
Banana
Toasted almonds
Toppings (optional)
Directions
Stove
Boil the water or milk
Stir in the oats
Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.
Microwave
Combine the water or milk and oats in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes; stir before serving.
