Ingredients
- 2 large Mangoes
- 175g Organic self raising Flour
- 50ml Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- 175g Sugar
- 175g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Almond extract
- 50ml milk
- 170g Icing sugar
- 5ml Milk

Glaze ingredients:

Directions
Combine flour eggs butter and sugar with chopped mango the almond flavouring.
- Add 20ml of milk and whisk until dropping consistency.
While the batter is mixing chop enough mangoes to line a cake dish.
Glaze the mango with some blossom honey.
- Add the batter on top and bake 180c for 40 minutes.
