A delicious combination of honey, savory herbs, and tender chicken. Simple to make, full of flavor, and sure to impress.
2 tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey
Into a pan, drizzle your oil and melt your butter, leave to heat up while you sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over your chicken breasts.
Once the pan is hot, sear your chicken breasts for 3 minutes each side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan, then add in the garlic and sliced onion, soften for 5 minutes before adding the dried herbs and tomato puree.
Mix well then stir in your stock, cream, sundried tomatoes and parmesan, bring to a simmer.
Pop the chicken back in the pan and drizzle over our blossom honey. Sprinkle over the spinach and leave to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
Serve straight away with fresh basil and an extra drizzle of honey!
