- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 oat milk
- 1tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey
Simply add all of these ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth batter form.
- Heat a pan to medium heat and grease with butter or oil.
- Add the pancake batter to the pan (however big or small you like) and flip when bubbles appear on the top.
Cook both sides until golden brown and repeat with the remainder of the batter.
- Then assemble your stack and top with your favourite toppings!
