Ingredients
- 300g oats
- 150g soft brown sugar
- 150g butter
- 4 tbsp Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- Blackberries frozen (could use raspberries/blueberries etc)
Directions
- Put the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan and melt down until bubbling.
- Take off the heat and stir in the oats. Pour into a lined baking tin, and push your fruit into the oat mix.
- Bake at 200 degrees for around 25 minutes. Leave to set completely and cut once cool
