This overnight oats recipe is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast!

1/3 cup rolled oats
Spoonful chia seeds
Spoonful mixed seeds
Pinch sea salt
120 ml organic milk (or milk of choice… 100ml if not using protein powder)
Blossom Honey Squeezy honey (to taste)
Tablespoon natural yogurt
15g soya protein powder
Fresh basil & thyme
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl & let sit overnight.
After letting it sit in the fridge overnight, remove & prep. To keep it nice & thick, stir through a dollop natural yogurt & little extra splash of milk (if needed, depending how thick you like you oats).
Top with sweet grilled nectarines, pomegranate seeds, extra sprinkle mix seeds, piece of dark chocolate, edible flowers & fresh basil and thyme.
