Here is a really nice smoothie with figs just at its end of the season. Sweet and at the same time minty with some fresh hand picked mint leaves.

Ingredients
1 large frozen banana.
1 frozen baby pear.
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (optional).
1 cup frozen green figs.
Few fresh mint leaves.
Splash coconut milk (or milk of choice).
Blob coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice).
Pea protein powder/ and a little bit chocolate pea protein powder.
Pinch sea salt.

Dollop of Hilltop Uruguayan Eucalyptus Honey.
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth topped with sliced green fig pear chia seeds coconut flakes dried figs and piece dark chocolate.
Drizzle plenty of honey on top and enjoy!
