These perfect pancakes are really light and fluffy, with a drizzle of hilltop honey. They are definitely called perfect pancakes for a reason.
100 g plain flour
2 large eggs
300 ml milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
Hilltop Honey Blossom Honey
Put all the pancake ingredients (except the coconut oil) in a bowl and whisk to a smooth batter
If you have time leave to rest for 30 minutes otherwise, start frying!
Fry the pancakes, over a medium heat, in coconut oil and put to one side
Serve up with a drizzle of Hilltop Honey
