These poached pears are a delicious breakfast treat! Pair them with this delicious porridge recipe for another easy breakfast idea.

Ingredients
- Rice flakes
- Cauliflower rice
- Chia seeds
- Pea protein powder
- Rice protein powder
- Chopped dried pear
- Pinch sea salt
- Splash of water
- Natural 0% yogurt
- Hilltop Soft Set Honey
- Pistachio butter
- Milk
- Basil thyme
Directions
- Start by bringing a large pot of water to a low boil and adding any ingredients you want to for the pear to infuse, whisking everything together.
- Peel, core, and quarter the pears and add them to the pot.
- Cook the pears on a simmer for about 25-30 minutes, uncovered. The pears should be fork-tender (no resistance) once done.
- Whilst the pears are simmering, mix together all the remaining ingredients and place either on a hob to heat or in a microwave until runny/set.
- Remove the pears from heat and serve them with the porridge.
