These spicy eggs take 10 minutes to make and hit the mark every time - spicy, salty and a little sweet with a dash of Hilltop Hot Honey at the end. Serve with a dodge of bread and settle in for a delicious meal with friends and family.

Ingredients

4 eggs
A block of feta
1 tbsp harissa
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp spicy seasoning / chilli flakes
A small handful of coriander
2 tbsp Hilltop Hot Honey
Bread, to serve

Directions

Gently heat harissa and olive oil in a pan.
Once hot, crumble the feta over the spicy oil.
Add your eggs on top and cook until desired consistency.
Garnish with coriander, spicy seasoning and hot honey. Serve with bread
