These spicy eggs take 10 minutes to make and hit the mark every time - spicy, salty and a little sweet with a dash of Hilltop Hot Honey at the end. Serve with a dodge of bread and settle in for a delicious meal with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- A block of feta
- 1 tbsp harissa
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp spicy seasoning / chilli flakes
- A small handful of coriander
- 2 tbsp Hilltop Hot Honey
- Bread, to serve
Directions
- Gently heat harissa and olive oil in a pan.
- Once hot, crumble the feta over the spicy oil.
- Add your eggs on top and cook until desired consistency.
- Garnish with coriander, spicy seasoning and hot honey. Serve with bread
