Strawberry, Lemon & Banana Smoothie Bowl
Make a colourful berry smoothie bowl for breakfast. This is a must! don't forget to add in our energy gels to give you that extra boost.

- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- Splash natural milk (or milk of choice )
- Strawberry yogurt (or yogurt of choice )
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice
- Hilltop Energy Lemon & Lime Powder (or you can try raspberry or tropical)
- Hilltop Energy Strawberry Flavoured Honey Energy Gel
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Grab a pinch sea salt and squeeze the strawberry energy gel into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Topped with chia seeds fresh lemon zest puffed quinoa fresh basil and thyme edible flowers and fresh sliced strawberry’s.
