Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 150g light brown soft sugar
- Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- 300g porridge oats
- 50g dried cranberries
- 8 squares of white chocolate
Directions
- Preheat oven 200c and place baking paper in a tray.
- Melt and mix butter, sugar& honey in a pan until bubbling, then add oats.
- Mix all together and add cranberries.
- Pour oat mixture into try, flatten and put in oven for 25-30mins until til golden brown.
- Leave on the side to cool, once chilled drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
