If you are someone who is prioritising their health and nutrition in 2024, but doesn’t want to miss out on things they love and enjoy then these white chocolate, oat and raisin cookies are perfect for you. Packed full of flavour through the use of hilltop honey!

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- White chocolate chips
- 1 cup oats (I use gluten free)
- 1 tsp of peanut butter

A drizzle of Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- Raisins
- Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Directions
- Preheat the oven.
- Mash the bananas onto a plate.
- Add all the ingredients onto the plate and mix well so it combines into a cookie dough consistency.
- Divide the mixture onto a tray lined with grease proof paper into 4 large cookies or 6 medium.
- Cook in the oven for 45 mins or until cookies go brown and crunchy.
- Serve best warm, and pair perfectly with some Greek yogurt for added protein and fruit.
