This recipe not only makes the perfect brunch, but it makes the perfect balance of salty and sweet!

- Sourdough toast
- Crushed peas (frozen)
- Crispy streaky bacon
- Poached Egg
- Hilltop hot honey
With the frozen peas, boil for 2 mins, drain then crushed slightly with a potato masher.
Cook the bacon in a pan until crisp.
Sliced halloumi and fried in the bacon fat for 1 min rather side until browned.
Poach an egg in a low boiling pan.
Drizzle over as much as you want.
