Start your morning with a delicious stack of Banana & Honey Pancakes – soft, fluffy, and naturally sweetened for a wholesome breakfast treat!
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar (if using), and salt.
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the mashed banana, milk, and honey into a mixing bowl. Whisk until all wet ingredients are well combined
Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free, but avoid over-mixing.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to set (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle generously with honey. Add sliced bananas, nuts, or other toppings if desired.
