Hilltop's latest obsession… caramelising fruit!
Considering it literally takes two ingredients & a few minutes, we can’t say no! - so warm & comforting, & bursting with flavour

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2tbsp chia seeds

1tbsp Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Caramelised apple
- Pumpkin seeds
- Cinnamon scroll almond butter (optional)
- 1x apple

1x tbsp Hilltop Organic Blossom Honey

Directions
Oats method:
Add all oats base ingredients to a pot, then place on the stove at medium heat.
When slightly bubbling, begin stirring the oats and continue for a few minutes until desired texture.
Take off the heat and pour into a bowl, and top with the caramelised apple, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon scroll almond butter!
Caramelised apple method:
Simply add the apple and honey to a hot pan on medium heat, stir them together so the apple is evenly coated in the honey.
Cook until the apple has turned golden brown in colour and is soft and juicy.
