Indulge in a slice of nostalgia with our classic Carrot Cake. Moist layers of cake infused with warm spices and grated carrots, topped with creamy cream cheese frosting for a decadent treat that's sure to delight!

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C and lining a loaf tin with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients (banana, egg, maple syrup, coconut oil) and whisk until well combined.
Then, add the dry ingredients (oat flour, baking powder & soda, seasonings and spices) and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the shredded carrot and raisins, and then transfer the dough into your baking tin, smoothing and evening it out.
Bake in the oven for 25mins until golden brown.
