Ingredients
- 175g Organic Self Raising flour
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 175g Granulated Sugar
- 175g Unsalted Butter
- 2 Free range eggs

30g Hilltop Everyday Soft Set Honey
- 50g De stoned Cherries
- 100g Chopped chocolate
- Glacé Cherries as many as you’d like
- 2 tps Almond Extract
- 100g Cream cheese
- 40g Icing sugar
- Chopped Milk Chocolate

10g Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
Cream Cheese Frosting:
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar with soft set honey add the eggs, whisk the dry ingredients with chopped chocolate.
Add glacé cherries to the top of the cake and bake in a pre heated oven at 200c for 25 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool completely make a quick cream cheese frosting by mixing icing sugar gently with a drizzle of blossom honey.
- Smooth it on top of the cake add some chocolate and strawberries for decoration.
