This honey is amazing. The taste and the light, crisp honeycomb is absolutely heavenly. I've had it on toast and drizzled in to natural yogurt. The downside...it's all gone 😥

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas blended
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup oat milk/milk of choice
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp mixed spice lots of cinnamon!
- Nuts and seeds to top! (i used a mix of almonds & pumpkin seeds)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C, and line a loaf tin with baking paper simple combine all of the dry ingredients, mix together, and then add in all the wet ingredients.
When the batter is smooth and well mixed, pour it into the loaf tin and smooth out evenly. Top with some chopped nuts and seeds and bake for 45 mins until golden brown.
- Leave to cool in the loaf pan for 15 mins before removing and cooling for a further 15 mins before slicing it up.
