Kick start the spookiest day of the year the right way, with these gorgeously ghoulish breakfast crêpes!
- 2/3 cup plain all purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- pinch of salt
Black icing sugar to decorate
Oil or butter for frying
White icing for the eyes
Place the flour and salt in a bowl. In a bowl whisk the eggs and milk together. Then gradually add them to the bowl of flour whisking to avoid lumps.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add a little oil or butter. Add the batter from the jug tilting the pan so that it runs to the edges.
Cook the crêpes(s) for a minute or two until the bottom is cooked and gently flip over and cook the other side. Repeat and place on plate.
Serve the cooked crêpes in a stack and create some faces with the icing sugar.
