Peanut Dip:
Directions
- Fry your garlic, ginger and chillies in a little oil and once it’s golden add your broccoli stem and carrots. Once they are soft add all your other veggies and cook. I kept the lid on so they would cook faster.
- Add all the spices/seasonings and mix well.
- Dip your rice paper into water and let it get soft. Put it down and add your fillings to the middle. Fold to form a little pocket. Brush with a little bit of oil and pop into the airfryer until it is nice and crispy.
- Combine all the ingredients for the dip. Keep stirring your peanut butter dip until it becomes nice and creamy.
- Enjoy while warm!
