Ingredients

Crispy Dumplings:

2 medium carrots
1 broccoli stem
1 thumb size piece ginger
2 tsp garlic
2 chillies
5 mushrooms
2 baby red peppers/1 bell pepper
1 leek
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
Pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce

Peanut Dip:

3 tbsp peanut butter
Juice of half a lime
1 tbsp Hilltop Very Dark Maple Syrup
Water to thin

Directions

Fry your garlic, ginger and chillies in a little oil and once it’s golden add your broccoli stem and carrots. Once they are soft add all your other veggies and cook. I kept the lid on so they would cook faster.
Add all the spices/seasonings and mix well.
Dip your rice paper into water and let it get soft. Put it down and add your fillings to the middle. Fold to form a little pocket. Brush with a little bit of oil and pop into the airfryer until it is nice and crispy.
Combine all the ingredients for the dip. Keep stirring your peanut butter dip until it becomes nice and creamy.
Enjoy while warm!

Best lip balm ever!

I’ve been using this for ages now, and it’s just fantastic. Love the formula, I use it overnight and it actually lasts and is so hydrating, much better value than those expensive overnight lip masks and it smells lovely because it’s all natural! I also love the packaging and how easy it is to use (I hate having to put my finger in lip balm so this tube is amazing). I also use it on my small children and love it because it’s natural and works. I’ll keep using it as long as Hilltop keep making it!
