Cut Comb honey & banana pancakes

This healthy banana pancake recipe has been a popular recipe for years! - it’s perfect for Saturday brunch. Topped here with a scattering of low-sugar granola & our delicious cut comb honey!

50g blended oats
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp chia seeds
Hilltop Cut Comb Honey
Start by mashing your banana in a bowl.
Crack in your eggs and whisk.
Next add your bicarb, salt, chia seeds and ground almonds and combine together.
Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Once the oil is melted, add a large dollop of mixture for each pancake.
Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Stack ‘em up, add a slab of cut comb honey and scatter over your granola. Enjoy!
