Healthy Blackberry Crumble Recipe
Saying bye to summer with a blueberry crumble, but make it healthy!

3/4 cup - 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp Hilltop Organic Acacia Honey
- Juice of half a lemon
Crumble the cold butter and flour together until breadcrumbs forms .
Mix in some honey, lemon and blueberries and fill up 2 ramekins.
Cover with crumble and bake at 180/350/GM6 for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with ice cream (optional).
