Juicy peaches, creamy burrata, salty prosciutto and a golden drizzle of Hilltop Organic Honey - stacked on toasted sourdough and made for lazy weekend lunches in the garden.

Sweet, salty, sticky, soft. Every bite = ridiculously good.

Peaches burrata with honey & salty prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough or ciabatta, toasted
  • 1 ball of burrata (or fresh mozzarella if unavailable)
  • 1 - 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 - 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 - 2 tsp Hilltop Organic Honey
  • Few sprigs of fresh thyme (or mint)
  • Olive oil, sea salt, black pepper
  • Optional: balsamic glaze or toasted walnuts for extra crunch

Directions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.

  2. Tear open the burrata and spoon generously over each slice.

  3. Layer peach and prosciutto — let them slightly overlap for that rustic look.

  4. Drizzle with Hilltop honey — don’t be shy, the sweetness ties everything together beautifully.

  5. Sprinkle with thyme leaves, a pinch of salt, and a crack of black pepper.

  6. Optional flair: Add a light swirl of balsamic glaze or a scatter of toasted walnuts.
